Shepherd’s
Cottage sits within a large fenced garden, ideal if you have young children.
Garden furniture is provided and there is a brick-built barbeque. A garage
adjoins the bungalow and the drive offers ample parking space for two or three
cars. Well behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £10 per week each.
Cottage
bookings are form Friday to Friday. Short breaks are available in low season and
occasionally in the summer months.
Accommodation is on one level with a step up into the porch. Off the porch is a
separate W.C. and a utility room with walk in shower and washing machine. The
bathroom also has bath, W.C., and hand basin.

| The sitting room overlooking the garden
is comfortably furnished with two sofas plus easy chairs, lovely to curl up in,
in front of the open fire. In addition to the TV, DVD and video there is a
well-stocked bookcase and board games. |

The three bedrooms sleep up to seven. All bed linen
is inclusive. |
| The double and twin-bedded rooms have large walk in
wardrobes, electric blankets on the beds and pine chests of drawers. |

The third bedroom contains the airing
cupboard, and has a single bed and 2ft 6in. bunk beds. A cot, high chair
and nursery fireguard are available for small children. |
The cottage has a telephone with an “honesty box”.

The kitchen/dining area is well equipped
with electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
Central heating/ hot water come from the
fire and there is also an immersion heater. The kitchen, hall and sitting room
have night storage heaters. Coal, electricity and logs, when available, are
provided.
At Ingram we care very much about the
environment. We offer recycling facilities for glass and plastic containers,
newspapers and tins, and have a compost bin in the garden.

from £280 p.w in low season to £510 p.w in high season. Contact
