Our award winning Blackface Lamb

We are delighted to announce that our Ingram Valley Blackface Lamb won a coveted ‘Q’ award at the 2007 national Quality Food Awards held in London. The lamb took first prize in the local food category beating over sixty other entries from around the United Kingdom. A panel of independent judges praised the lamb for its tenderness and flavour.
